Chai Spiced Pumpkin and Pecan Granola

Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Free From Drink Me Chai Latte Powder
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp honey

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 140C and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Tip out onto the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven, gently mix and return to the oven for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool fully before storing in an air tight container for up to a month.
