Superblend Bliss Balls


30g desiccated coconut
140g raw almonds
12-15 pitted dates (soaked)
4tbsp Superblend powder
2tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp sea salt
Toppings of your choice (desiccated coconut works well!)



  1. Place coconut & almonds in a high-powered food processor and mix until fine.
  2. Add in the dates and blend well, then add in the Superblend powder, cocoa powder, salt & blend until fully mixed.
  3. If your mixture appears grainy add one tbsp at a time of water & blend until the mixture looks stodgy.
  4. Roll mixture into balls and apply your desired topping.
  5. These can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for 7 days or alternatively freeze & thaw as needed.
