Raw Cacao & Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients:

375g hazelnuts
150ml maple syrup
3tbsp Raw Cacao Superblend
150ml water

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C Fan.
  2. Bake the hazelnuts for about 10 minutes, remove from oven & allow to cool.
  3. Once cool, place the hazelnuts into a high power food processor & blend for about 10 minutes or until totally broken down.
  4. Add the maple syrup & Raw Cacao Superblend powder and blend again. Whilst blending gradually pour in 150ml of water. Add contents to a jar & store in the fridge.
